If All Else Fails - Device Rescue Tips

Like all technical equipment there are times when the SafeTrx Watch can find itself in an unresponsive state. Unfortunately, we don't have ctrl+alt+delete to try or even turning it off and on again, but we do have a few options that you should try.


1. Menu Reboot - this is the first option to try. Press button A to open the menu then navigate down to 'SYSTEM' using button C and select using button B. Continue to navigate down to 'SHUTDOWN' using button C and select using button B. Then navigate down to 'REBOOT' and select, again using button B

2. Factory Reset - if you have access to the menu but your device isn't behaving as expected, even after trying the above options, you can also try a factory reset. Press button A to open the menu then navigate down to 'SETTINGS' using button C and select using button B. Then navigate down to 'FACTORY RESET' and select.

3. If your device is frozen, has a blank screen, generally seems to be unresponsive or is stuck on the "connecting screen" and you cannot access the menu, please place your device into the charging dock and press button B and button C together for approximately 3 seconds. This should reset the device.
