Changing Your Registered Device

Currently it is only possible to have one device registered against your SafeTrx Active Account. This means that if you wish to register a new device, either because you have purchased a new one or because you been sent a replacement, you will first need to remove the old device.

To remove the old device, log into your SafeTrx Active Account and click 'Settings' then 'Device'. You will then be shown a screen with your current device details, including the date the device was registered and the IMEI number. Clicking the 'remove' option in the top right corner of the device panel will pop up a confirmation panel asking you to confirm the removal.

Once you have removed the previous device, you will be free to activate a new device by clicking 'Add Device' and going through the normal activation code. Alternatively you can scan the QR code at this point on your new device.
