SafeTrx Active supports simple 2-Way messaging that can be initiated from Activity, Assistance and Alert share screens in order to provide simple communications in challenging conditions.
In harsh conditions it can be almost impossible to initiate voice communications or more complex messaging that requires difficult keyboard manipulation. For this reason SafeTrx have built a simple message and response process that limits the interaction to the most basic single button presses on the device.
The next few steps will detail how the process can be used to initiate a simple conversation that can be used as a convenient way to coordinate collection, alert a contact that you are running late or deliver critical updates in an emergency situation.
